When the camera is launched, by default, it automatically takes a shot when it finds a business card. Depending on the timing of the shot, the business card may not be in focus. In such a case, try switching to "Manual" by tapping "Auto" in the upper right corner when you start the camera. When set to "Manual," you can take the picture at your own timing after confirming that the business card is in focus.
In the screen of the business card, tap the Edit button, and a button called "Add a note" will appear. You can leave a note here.
Please try the following first.
1. Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID on both devices.
2. Close the Cardman app and launch it again. When closing the app, on a Mac right-click the app icon on the dock and select Quit, and on an iPhone/iPad swipe up from the bottom of the screen and then swipe up the app's preview to close the app.
3. After launching the app, wait about a minute for the data to sync.
If the above method does not work, the following will fully synchronize and repair your data.
1. First, if you have data that you do not want to be lost, long tap (right click on mac) on the photo of the business card and save the photo of the business card in advance.
2. Remove the app's local application data.
2.1. On a Mac, after closing the app, delete the folder: ~/Library/Containers/com.kimberliteapps.BusinessCardApp. More specifically, open Finder, and press Shift + Cmd + G to open Go to folder, then type: ~/Library/Containers , then remove "Cardman" folder.
2.2. On an iPhone/iPad, long-press the app icon, select "Remove App", and download the app again from the App Store.
3. When the app is launched, the data stored in iCloud will be synchronized to the app.
4. If the lost data exists, you can reconstruct the data from the photo of the business card saved earlier. First, open the settings of the app, turn off "Enable perspective correction & crop", and then scan saved photos from "Scan from Photos". After the data is restored, please turn back the setting on. The data should now be complete and in sync.

macOS app currently does not support camera scan. Input photos or files instead.
A folder can be shared with up to 100 users.
Shared data can be set to be editable or non-editable by specifying "Share Options" as "Can make changes" or "View only" at the time of sharing, respectively.
Non-Pro users can also edit business card data if the shared folder is specified as editable. However, if the number of business cards including shared data exceeds 10, it will no longer be possible to add business cards from the camera or photos.
If you invite folder sharing via LINE, tapping the URL on LINE will open the in-app browser and you will not be able to start sharing.
In such cases, you can start sharing by long-pressing the URL on LINE, selecting "Copy" to copy it, pasting it into a notes app, and then tapping it.
